📤 How to Upload Files via WeTransfer to ZXRECORDS

Step 1: Prepare Your Files

Before uploading, ensure:

  • Exported stems are in WAV format

  • 24-bit preferred (or highest quality available)

  • All tracks start at 00:00

  • No master limiter on the mix

  • Include BPM and key in file name

Example Folder Name:

ArtistName_SongTitle_MixingProject

Include:

  • All individual stems (clearly labeled)

  • Rough mix (MP3/WAV reference)

  • BPM + Key (in text file)

  • Notes (desired sound, references, deadlines)

Step 2: Go to WeTransfer

Visit: https://wetransfer.com

Click “Upload files”

Step 3: Enter ZXRECORDS Details

In the “Email to” field, enter:

info@zxrecords.com

Add your email in the “Your email” field.

Step 4: Add Message

Use this professional message:

Subject: Mixing & Mastering Project – [Artist Name – Song Title]

Message Example:

Hello ZXRECORDS Team,
Please find attached the stems for mixing and mastering.
BPM: 100
Key: A minor
Deadline: [Insert date]
Kindly confirm receipt.

Best regards,
[Your Name]

Step 5: Send Transfer

Click Transfer
Confirm your email (if required).
Wait for upload to complete.

You will receive confirmation once sent.

🎚 ZXRECORDS Mixing Checklist (Recommended)

Before sending, confirm:

  • No clipping on individual tracks

  • Vocals are dry (no heavy reverb unless intentional)

  • Proper labeling (Lead Vocal, Backing Vocal L, 808, Kick, etc.)

  • Instrumentals separated clearly
