File Submission Guide
Step 1: Prepare Your Files
- Exported stems are in WAV format
- 24-bit preferred (or highest quality available)
- All tracks start at 00:00
- No master limiter on the mix
- Include BPM and key in file name

Step 2: Go to WeTransfer
Visit: https://wetransfer.com
Click “Upload files”
Step 3: Enter Our Details
In the “Email to” field, enter:
info@zxrecords.com
Add your email in the “Your email” field.
Step 4: Add Message
Use this professional message:
Subject:
Mixing & Mastering Project – [Artist Name – Song Title]
Step 5: Send Transfer
- Click Transfer
- Confirm your email (if required)
- Wait for upload to complete
- You will receive confirmation once sent.

- All individual stems (clearly labeled)
- Rough mix (MP3 or WAV reference)
- BPM + Key in a text file
- Notes (desired sound, references, deadlines)
