File Submission Guide
Step 1: Prepare Your Files
- Exported stems are in WAV format
- 24-bit preferred or the highest quality available
- All tracks start at 00:00
- No master limiter on the mix
- Include BPM and key in the file name
Step 2: Go to WeTransfer
Visit wetransfer.com and click “Upload files” to begin your transfer.

Use this professional subject line for your transfer:
Mixing & Mastering Project – [Artist Name – Song Title]
Step 5: Send Transfer
- Click Transfer
- Confirm your email if required
- Wait for the upload to complete
- You will receive confirmation once sent
